Stakeholder Engagement
The Company has analyzed and reviewed to compile the overview of the stakeholders by taking the analysis results with factors such as dependent, influence, including other factors appropriately also, there were improvements to the names of external stakeholders such as NGOs properly. Stakeholders are divided into 9 groups with a practical approach that takes into account all stakeholders. There were stakeholders’ prioritization and participation. There was a communication process to be aware of the expectations or concerns of stakeholder groups and can use the information to define a business guideline that can respond to all issues and all stakeholder sectors.
In this regard, cooperative operations with stakeholders will help to create good relationships in which the Company and its affiliates are ready to drive all stakeholder groups to thrive and move forward together stably and sustainably.
